Model 300T DDFW - Hydraulic Cylinder Rods
This 300 ton (600K lb max., 2.7K kN max.) forge force direct drive friction welder has a 1000 max. RPM rating and can weld 5.5 in. (139.7 mm) diameter max. solid or 30 in2 (19,356 mm2) max. tubular area. This machine is designed to weld hydraulic cylinder rods typically made from medium carbon steel, incorporating flash turn off (FTO).
