This model 250B, 100 ton (200K lb max., 889.6 kN max.) forge force, inertia friction welder has a 4,000 max. RPM rating and can weld 10 in2 (6452 mm2) max. tubular area. This machine inertia welds axle tubes and incorporates a shear-die flash removal unit to complete the process. These axle tubes are supplied to the automotive and trucking industry.
