Model 80T DDFW - Hydraulic Piston Rods
This 80 ton (160K lb max., 712 kN max.) forge force direct drive friction welder has a 1300 max. RPM rating and can weld 3.2 in. (81 mm) diameter max. solid or 9 in2 (5,807 mm2) max. tubular area. This machine is designed to weld hydraulic piston rods typically made from medium carbon steel, incorporating flash turn off FTO.
