Model 60T DDFW - Hydraulic Piston Rods
This 60 ton (120K lb max., 534 kN max.) forge force direct drive friction welder has a 1300 max. RPM rating and can weld 2.9 in. (73.7 mm) diameter max. solid or 8 in2 (5,162 mm2) max. tubular area. This machine is designed to weld hydraulic piston rods typically made from medium carbon steel, incorporating flash turn off (FTO).
